Netarhat Old Boys Association Global Social Responsibility (https://nobagsr.org/ ) is a mission-driven NGO founded by the alumni of the prestigious Netarhat Residential School. We operate across 10 states in India with a focus on Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM), Education, Disaster Relief, and Sustainable Agriculture. The Role
We are looking for a Project Coordinator who is ready to lead independently. This role requires a blend of field coordination, office management, and digital communication.
Key Responsibilities
• Project Implementation: Leading on-ground execution of projects, specifically gender-based initiatives.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintaining online trackers; drafting project proposals and reports.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Managing relationships with schools, vendors, and our network of volunteers.
• Digital Presence: Creating and managing social media content to showcase program impact.
• Office Management: Day-to-day office operations and record-keeping
Skills & Eligibility
• Experience: 2–5 years in the development/NGO sector.
• Domain Expertise: Exposure to gender initiatives; experience in Women’s Health /Menstrual Hygiene (MHM) is a significant plus.
• IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is mandatory.
• Drafting: Skill in writing professional emails and project proposals.
• Soft Skills: High energy, excellent coordination abilities, and a passion for social change.
