Project Title: Human Trafficking & Bonded Labour Rescue, Rehabilitation and Restoration Program
No. of Posts: 1
Duration: 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2027 (extendable based on performance and project continuation)

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced female Project Coordinator to support the effective implementation of a rights-based program focused on the prevention, rescue, rehabilitation and restoration of victims of human trafficking and bonded labour. The Project Coordinator will act as a crucial link between the Program Manager and field team, ensuring smooth coordination, quality implementation, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Program Manager in planning and execution of project activities across districts
• Coordinate and supervise Counsellors-cum-Social Workers and Field Coordinators
• Ensure timely implementation of field-level interventions and provide regular guidance to the team
• Support rescue operations and rehabilitation processes in coordination with district authorities
• Monitor field progress, identify gaps, and ensure corrective actions
• Facilitate coordination with government departments, DLSA, police, and Panchayats
• Support community mobilization, awareness campaigns, and prevention strategies
• Review case documentation, reports, and ensure data quality
• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and donor reports

Eligibility Criteria:
• Postgraduate degree in Social Work (MSW), Rural Development, or related field·
• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in social sector projects (preferably bonded labour, trafficking, or labour rights)
• Experience in team coordination and field supervision
• Strong understanding of rehabilitation processes and government schemes
• Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills
• Willingness to travel regularly to Raisen and Narmadapuram districts

Preferred Skills:
• Experience in multi-district program coordination
• Knowledge of labour laws and social justice frameworks
• Ability to manage teams and handle field-level challenges
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• Sensitivity in handling vulnerable populations
