About the Organization:
 
IndiaZakat.com, an initiative of the Association of Muslim Professionals, is a crowdfunding platform focused on uplifting underprivileged Muslims through effective and Shariah-compliant Zakat distribution. The platform connects donors with verified beneficiaries for support in education, healthcare, and economic empowerment.
 
Role Responsibilities: 
  • Managing end-to-end platform operations 
  • Coordinating with donors, beneficiaries, and internal teams
  • Overseeing beneficiary verification and documentation
  • Ensuring proper mapping of donor contributions with beneficiary needs
  • Monitoring and tracking active education, medical, and self-employment cases
  • Maintaining data records, reports, and dashboards
  • Coordinating with field volunteers across cities
  • Ensuring compliance with Zakat principles and organizational SOPs
  • Managing donor communication, updates, and engagement
  • Supporting campaign planning and execution 
Required Qualifications & Skills: 
  • Graduate (Postgraduate preferred)
  • 2–5 years of experience in NGO / social sector / operations
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Understanding of Zakat principles preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Strong organizational and follow-up abilities 
Location: South Mumbai – Nagpada
