JOB RESPONSIBILITY- Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

A. Finance and Accounts Management:

? Oversee and generate all ledgers and financial reports in accordance with agreed reporting
systems, ensuring full compliance with applicable accounting standards, statutory laws, and regulatory requirements for both Section 8 and Private Limited Companies.
? Prepare, review, and clearly communicate quarterly and annual financial statements; monitor financial progress and provide regular updates to Department Heads and the Finance Lead/CFO.
? Collaborate with the HR team to support monthly payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Professional Tax, and other applicable regulations.
? Coordinate the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets in consultation with Program Teams, Support Services, and the Accounts Team.
? Manage organizational cash flow and fund positions; provide bi-weekly cash flow forecasts to the Finance Lead/CFO to ensure optimal fund availability.
? Strengthen and maintain banking relationships; evaluate and recommend improvements in internal controls and financial safeguards related to revenue receipts, expenditure, program budgets, and actual utilization.
? Supervise and support all internal and external audit processes, ensuring timely completion and compliance with audit requirements.
? Oversee the Accounts Team to ensure accurate recording and reporting of expenses in alignment with approved grant and program budgets throughout the funding period.

· Liaise with the Company Secretary to ensure timely compliance with ROC and MCA filing
requirements for both Section 8 and Private Limited entities, in coordination with the Finance Lead/CFO.
? Collaborate with the Accounts Team and Internal Auditor to finalize internal financial statements prior to statutory audits.
? Stay updated on best practices, legal amendments, and regulatory developments relevant to non-profit and private company audits and financial governance.

B. Technical and Management Support to the Finance Lead/CFO
? Provide case-specific support to the Finance Lead/CFO as required. · Assist in developing and implementing forward-looking financial models, forecasts, and activity-based analyses to inform strategic and operational decision-making.
? Support due diligence and compliance processes for grant funding; assist in preparing financial reports for government, corporate, and foundation donors.
? Contribute to the formulation and revision of key financial policies such as Finance & Accounts Policy, Procurement Policy, and Grant Management Policy.
? Assist the Finance Lead/CFO in staff income tax assessments and other tax-related matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

? Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime, Tally ERP, ERPNext (Frappe Framework), and Microsoft Excel.
? In-depth understanding of accounting principles, statutory compliances, and financial reporting standards applicable to both Section 8 and Private Limited entities.
? Proven ability to manage audits, budgeting processes, and statutory filings independently.
? Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
? High degree of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.

The position will be based on EMPBindi International Association, Village Harmada, and referred to this position in hybrid mode.
