Coding Mobilizer – Field Outreach

We are looking for a proactive Coding Mobilizer to promote our coding programs and enroll students (ages 10–18). This role focuses on field outreach, community engagement, and student admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Visit schools, tuition centres, apartments, and local communities
Explain benefits of coding education to parents and students
Generate leads and convert them into student enrollments
Conduct awareness sessions / small demo events
Distribute pamphlets and manage local marketing activities
Build relationships with teachers, school management, and local influencers
Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, and admissions
Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 12th pass / Any degree
Strong communication skills (Tamil is mandatory)
Comfortable with field work in Guduvanchery area
Interest in education, sales, or social impact

Preferred Skills
Experience in sales / marketing / field outreach
Confidence in speaking to parents and groups
Goal-oriented and energetic personality
