Adivasi Chetna Shikshan Seva Samiti: ACSSS is non profit organization has been working in the Jhabua and Alirajpur district Madhya Pradesh since 1992. ACSSS has been working in the area of livelihoods, micro credit, Health and education, right to work and right to livelihoods and tribal rights, mobilizing women into CBO’s for Social evils, awareness campaigns for MGNREGS, Forest Rights Act and Govt. public schemes.
Responsibility:-
• Maintain general accounting system (with tally software) and track expenditures related to each of the NGO’s project.
•Review the presence of relevant financial documents and signed proof of payment for each expense, including salaries and consultation (invoice, receipt, payments etc)
• Organize the cash box and ensure petty cash log is up to date.
• See to the preparation of payments according to funds availability.
• Financial data & documents in an organized and orderly way as soft copy and hard copy, committing to grants requirements.
•Preparing financial reports for each project in a timely manner according to grants’ requirements.
•Reconcile on a monthly basis the projects bank account with their bank statements
•Proceed to back up the data from the accounting system
•Develop the NGO’s annual financial statement and the NGO’s annual balance to submit funding Agency and CA

Qualifications and Experience:
- Post Graduate – Master’s in Commerce
- 01 years working experience in Accounting
- Language Proficiency: English and Hindi
- IT Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office
Remuneration: *12,000-18,000 per month as per work experience (If the applicant is a resident of outside Jhabua, then the accommodation will be provided by the Organization)*
