We’re Hiring: Project Coordinator

MITRA Technology Foundation is looking for a motivated and field-oriented Project Coordinator to support implementation of Maternal & Child Health and NCD interventions in Pati Block, Champawat. There are two Project Coordinator role for this project.

What You’ll Do:
Lead field implementation of MCH and NCD activities across villages and health facilities
Coordinate with ANMs, ASHAs, Anganwadi Workers, and block health officials
Support home visits, outreach sessions, screenings, and awareness campaigns
Facilitate trainings and on-site mentoring for frontline workers
Conduct regular field visits to monitor service delivery and identify gaps
Track program progress, manage data, and ensure timely reporting
Strengthen community engagement, especially among women, adolescents, and vulnerable groups

Who We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Social Work, Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field. Master’s degree (MPH/MSW) preferred.
2–5 years of experience in public health programs (MCH/NCD preferred).
Understanding of government health systems (NHM, RMNCH+A, NCD).
Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to lead 10-12 field workers.
Comfortable with field travel in remote/hilly areas.
Basic skills in MS Office and data management.
Fluency in Hindi and English (preferred).
