Position: District- Co Ordinator ( 1 post) ( Female)
Location: Nuapada District, Odisha
Darbar Sahitya Sansada(DSS) invites applications from eligible candidates for the post of District Coordinator-1 (Female) for implementation of project Gender Violence and Trafficking in Nuapada district, Odisha
Eligibility Criteria:
• Gender: Female candidates only
• Age Limit: 25years to 40 years
• Educational Qualification:
o MSW / MA in Sociology / MA in Rural Development/Gender Studies and equivalent
• Experience:
o Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in development sector
• Language Proficiency:
o Odia, Hindi, and English (Read, write and speak)
o Knowledge skill in computer operation, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Multimedia, social media, Designing Canva, ChatGPT etc
• Other Requirements:
o Must possess own Two-Wheeler
o Valid Two Wheeler Driving License (DL)
o Vehicle Insurance and Pollution Certificate (mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and supervise field-level project activities through field workers.
• Liaison with stakeholders, government departments, and community institutions
• Planning, Monitoring, Report preparation, Donor Reporting etc
• Ensure timely reporting and documentation
• Monitor and support field staff is achieving project deliverables.
• To be ready for extensive field traveling and community engagement
Salary:
• ?34,000 /-per month ( CTC)
