Kam Foundation is a not-for-profit organization committed to strengthening skills, livelihoods and safe working conditions for Sanitation Soldiers across India. The organization works closely with government bodies, municipal corporations, CSR partners and communities to design and implement impactful training and development programs as well as livelihood programs.

Positions and Opening:

Designation - Associate Trainer
Gujarat - 2, Chhatisgarh - 2, Maharashtra - 1.

Work Location:

The selected candidates will be deployed across the respective state and may be required to travel to multiple training locations within the state as per project requirements.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Associate Trainer to support the implementation of training and capacity-building programs. The role involves assisting in training delivery, coordinating field activities, supporting documentation and engaging with community participants and stakeholders.
This position is ideal for early-career professionals interested in the social development sector, skill development, and community engagement. However, candidates with prior relevant experience in training, community work, or social sector projects, freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in conducting training sessions, workshops, and awareness programs.
2. Support the implementation of skill development and capacity-building programs.
3. Coordinate with participants, trainers, and local stakeholders.
4. Assist in training material preparation and session facilitation.
5. Maintain training records, attendance, and documentation.
6. Support field visits, on-the-job training (OJT), and demonstrations.
7. Assist in data collection, baseline surveys, and reporting.
8. Ensure smooth coordination with municipal bodies and project partners.
9. Working on Govt. Portals.

Educational Qualification:
BA / B.Ed / B.Sc (Biology/Chemistry) / BSW / MSW or equivalent degree.

Experience:
Candidates with experience in training, community work, or social sector projects will be preferred. Fresher and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Required Skills:
> Good communication and presentation skills.
> Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
> Ability to interact with community members and frontline workers.
> Basic documentation and reporting skills.
> Willingness to travel for field activities.
> Passion for working in the development sector.
> Language Requirements: Gujarati (Gujarat), Marathi & Hindi (Maharashtra), Hindi & Chhattisgarhi (Chhattisgarh) & English mandatory for all.

Compensation & Benefits:
> Salary: ? 25,000/- to ? 35,000/- (Depending on skill set and prior experience).
> Allowances: A per organizational policy.
