Job Responsibilities
- Take lead in planning, executing Primary and Secondary research .
- Conduct literature review, design and pilot survey instruments and tools as per Assignment/Project scope.
- Develop an action plan for timely execution of the assigned project(s)
- Assist the Research Manager in developing training material for the field team
- Conduct field trainings of the data collection team
- Responsible for field based execution, managing day to day activities and field teams during data collection to ensure timely collection of quality data
- Conduct interviews, focus group discussions etc. as per the requirement of the project
- Qualitative & Quantitative data analysis and report writing
Skills required
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Understanding of research methodologies, sampling, applied research, program design and evaluation
- Previous experience of undertaking fieldwork, conducting interviews and FGDs.
- Experience of using digital data collection platforms
- Familiarity with the development sector, social investment/philanthropic and social change fields
- Willingness to travel across the country and outside the country
- Team player
- Ability to travel within and outside country
