We are looking for individuals who view education as a tool to bring about positive change in the society, while understanding that Teaching and Learning can happen in alternate ways more suited to different groups of children than the contemporary methods that seem to follow One-Size-Fits-All approach .

As educators or teachers, we are and should always be active learners. Looking at our own-selves and understanding ourselves deeply is something that is a strongly desired trait.

Responsibilities:

This role comprises active involvement with children and parents as well as zooming out to abstract the leanings contributing to research.

Qualifications:
Any bachelor's degree or above
Strong interest in social transformation through education
Strong interest in one or more subjects
Having lots of Patience
Openness to ideas that may be contradicting your beliefs and value system.
