Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Strategy & CSR Head to lead fundraising and corporate partnerships for the foundation.
This is a high-ownership role focused on building a strong CSR pipeline and driving long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities (CSR & Fundraising)

• Lead end-to-end CSR fundraising from corporates and foundations
• Build and manage relationships with CSR heads and decision-makers
• Identify, pitch, and close funding opportunities
• Create compelling pitch decks, proposals, and brand decks
• Drive repeat partnerships and long-term funding pipelines
• Represent the foundation across CSR forums, events, and networks

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in CSR, fundraising, consulting, or strategy roles
• Proven track record in raising CSR funds for NGOs
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Highly driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to hustle

Compensation

• Performance-driven, incentive-heavy structure
• Fixed component can be structured based on experience
