Job Title: Program Coordinator

Organization: Foresight Foundation

Location: South Delhi (Need based Travel)

Reporting To: Manager – Operations

Role Summary:
Drive end-to-end camp operations, ensuring smooth execution, team coordination, and timely daily closures across Abhay Saarthi camp sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily camp setup, operations, and closure
Ensure smooth flow of beneficiaries and coordination across service points
Provide real-time operational support and resolve on-ground issues
Coordinate with field teams, logistics, and stakeholders for seamless execution
Ensure adherence to quality standards and protocols
Track daily performance and submit accurate reports

What you bring:

Education: Masters in Public Health, Social Work or other Development Sciences.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or program execution, working in field-based projects/health camps preferred.
Skills: Proficient in MS Office (especially MS Excel) with strong coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Mindset: Having a sense of accountability towards work and the ability to manage multiple teams in dynamic environments.
