• Position: Senior Manager –Programs- SAC
• Location: Hyderabad
• Job Type: Full-time

Descriptions for the role:
Senior Manager –Programs - SAC (Sponsor A Child) is responsible for leading the organization’s flagship child sponsorship initiative, ensuring impactful delivery, strong donor engagement, and sustainable community outcomes. This role will be instrumental in strengthening the Sponsor a Child program through effective program management, sponsor relations, and cross-functional collaboration to improve the lives of children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
Program Strategy & Development:
• Design and execute the overall strategy for the Sponsor a Child (SAC) program aligned with organizational goals.
• Identify opportunities to expand the program’s reach and impact across regions.

Program Implementation:
• Oversee end-to-end implementation of the SAC program, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to child welfare standards.
• Ensure effective delivery of interventions related to education, health, and overall child development.
• Work closely with internal teams and implementation partners to ensure seamless program delivery.
• Provide guidance to field teams to strengthen sponsor-child engagement and program effectiveness.

Donor & Sponsor Engagement:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors through regular communication, updates, and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure high levels of donor satisfaction, retention, and transparency through timely reporting and storytelling.

Monitoring & Evaluation:
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program impact.
• Work with M&E teams to ensure data accuracy, impact assessment, and reporting to stakeholders.

Compliance & Due Diligence:
• Ensure adherence to child protection policies, safeguarding standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation, child records, and program data in compliance with organizational policies.

Requirements:
• Postgraduate degree in IT, Development Studies, Non-profit Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10–12 years of experience in program management, preferably in child welfare or sponsorship programs, preferably in the non-profit or humanitarian sector.
• Strong understanding of child protection frameworks and community development models.
• Experience in donor engagement and relationship management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multi-location programs in a dynamic environment.
