I. Introduction
Collectives for Integrated Livelihood Initiatives (CInI)?is a resource organization committed to improving the overall quality of life in rural and tribal regions across the Central India belt, spanning the states of Odisha, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Gujarat. Established in 2007 as an associate organization of Tata Trusts, CInI has pioneered several scalable and impactful programs across key thematic areas—Livelihoods, Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WaSH), Education, Sports, Primary Healthcare & Nutrition. Our initiatives are aligned with the?Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 2030?and have been recognised on national and international platforms.
CInI anchors its work in community institutions, women’s collectives, and frontline workers. In partnership with CSOs and State Governments, we leverage technology, and robust processes to deliver sustainable, scalable impact—powered by 300+ development professionals across implementation geographies.
II. Job Purpose
CInI is directly implementing an integrated livelihood enhancement project in Mul & Pombhurna blocks of Chandrapur District of Maharashtra. To strengthen the agriculture development activities under the project, CInI intends to appoint an “Executive-Livelihood” with specialization and hands-on experience in agriculture.
III. Key Accountabilities
• Responsible for field implementation of all project activities of Assigned sub-Cluster.
• Provide on field support to all the CRPs and farmers in your cluster.
• Strengthening the Village institutions and creating a community leadership pool in your cluster.
• Undertake intensive engagement with all HHs in your cluster, SHGs and CIGs.
• Ensure mobilization of community, water user group and monitoring of WRD & SWC structure with institutions.
• Ensure following each step of the goat rearing activity in your assigned villages
• Ensure following each step of the agriculture interventions in your assigned villages & increasing the area and farmers in high value vegetable farming in your assigned cluster to reach the project goal.
• Support the cluster coordinators/anchors in institution building, WRD, SWC, Livestock and agriculture development related work in your cluster with proper quality and timeline.
• Support other team members in conducting central level training & capacity building events for team and community.
• Regular field monitoring and reporting of progress and ensure proper field data collection for MIS and information flow of all activities.
IV. Eligibility and requirements : Education: Diploma agri./ B.Sc. Agri / MSW
Experience: Minimum of 3-4 yrs. of field experience in implementing livelihood (agriculture) development, water resource development projects with Special emphasis on vegetable cultivation, good training and capacity building skill for agriculture extension, good articulation skills hardworking & self-motivated. Experience of working with and managing community institutions etc. will be of added advantage.
Skills, Competencies and Experience:
• Good Communication & Documentation skills.
• Good knowledge of Marathi, Hindi, and English.
• Good knowledge of MS office.
