Key Responsibilities
• Supervise operations across DDU-GKY training centers.
• Ensure compliance with DDU-GKY SOPs, documentation, AEBAS, MIS, and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with SRLM, assessment agencies, employers, and internal project teams.
• Monitor batch progress, training quality, assessments, certification, and placement outcomes.
• Lead mobilization, center readiness, Q-team processes, and internal evaluations.
• Prepare periodic project reports and submit updates to management and SRLM.
• Support placement drives, employer engagement, and post-placement tracking.
• Manage staff performance, training center resources, and operational workflows.
Required Skills
• Strong leadership and operational coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of DDU-GKY 2.0 guidelines & SoP.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project documentation.
• Ability to handle operations and travel as required.
Qualification
• Graduate/PG in Management, Social Work, Rural Development, or related fields.
• 3–5+ years of experience in skill development, preferably in DDU-GKY operations.
