Talash is seeking a motivated Associate Coordinator – Gender & Masculinities Programme based in Kolkata to support the planning and implementation of field-based interventions with adolescents, young people, and community stakeholders. The role involves coordinating workshops and trainings, managing logistics, engaging with schools and partner organisations, and maintaining programme documentation and basic monitoring data. The candidate will work closely with facilitators to ensure quality delivery while promoting gender equity, emotional wellbeing, and safe spaces. Applicants should have a Master’s degree in a relevant field, 1–3 years of experience in NGO or community-based programmes, strong communication skills in English and Bengali, and a willingness to travel.
