Position Summary
UPHOLD is seeking a committed and dynamic professional to lead CSR fundraising, digital resource mobilization, and institutional partnerships. The role involves strengthening the organization’s programs through effective coordination with corporate and government stakeholders. A strong focus will be on supporting the establishment and smooth functioning of ITI and paramedical initiatives. The candidate will also contribute to ensuring compliance, sustainability, and overall program growth. This position requires a proactive individual who can take initiative and support the organization across multiple strategic areas.
Key Responsibilities
1. CSR Fundraising & Partnerships
• Lead CSR resource mobilization from corporate organizations
• Develop proposals, concept notes, and donor reports
• Build and maintain partnerships with corporates and institutions
2. Online Fundraising
• Plan and manage digital fundraising campaigns
• Handle crowd-funding platforms and donor engagement
3. Program Oversight (Core Responsibility)
• Lead the establishment and operations of ITI programs (priority focus)
• Oversee the establishment and functioning of paramedical services at Bethany Hospital
• Ensure effective planning, implementation, and monitoring of these programs
4. Government Liaison
• Liaise with government departments for approvals and collaborations
• Facilitate registrations, licenses, and convergence with government schemes
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements
5. Strategic Initiatives
• Identify opportunities for program growth and partnerships
• Support long-term sustainability and institutional development

Eligibility Criteria
• Age: Not more than 40 years preferably
• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Management, Development Studies, or related field
• Experience:
o 5–10 years of relevant experience in NGO/development sector
o Experience in CSR fundraising or government liaisoning preferred

Essential Skills
• Computer proficiency is mandatory (MS Office, email communication, reporting, and digital fundraising tools)
• Strong communication and proposal writing skills
• Good networking and relationship-building ability
• Knowledge of CSR frameworks in India is an advantage
• Ability to manage programs and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Willingness to travel across the state as per the need of the organization
Compensation
?18,000 – ?25,000 per month (based on experience)
