Organization required Professional with required qualification for their CBBO project.

Qualification: Graduate in Rural Development/ Social Work/ MSW and Working with FPOs/ LFGs etc.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of Experience

Salary: 25000/ Month Plus TA and DA as per Organization Norms

Period Of Engagement: 3 Years.

Scope of Work
1. Community Mobilization & Engagement
Mobilize farmers, rural households, and stakeholders to participate in project activities.
Conduct village meetings, awareness campaigns, and group discussions.
Build trust and rapport with local communities and leaders.
Identify and engage progressive farmers and local champions.
2. Formation & Strengthening of Farmer Institutions
Facilitate formation of Farmer Interest Groups (FIGs), Self-Help Groups (SHGs), and Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs).
Support group registration, governance, and compliance processes.
Strengthen group cohesion, leadership, and collective decision-making.
Ensure regular meetings and proper record-keeping.

3. Awareness & Capacity Building
Create awareness on improved agricultural practices, agri-marketing, and post-harvest management.
Support organization of training programs, exposure visits, and demonstrations.
Disseminate information on government schemes, subsidies, and entitlements.
Assist in development and distribution of IEC (Information, Education, Communication) materials.
