Role: Program Officer
Department: Operations
Location: Jabalpur & Ratlam (Madhya Pradesh)
Reporting To: Location In-charge

?? Key Responsibilities
?? Program Implementation & Monitoring

?? Execute and monitor programs across CCIs (Health, WASH, Nutrition, Education, Life Skills, Vocational Training, Aftercare)
?? Conduct weekly field visits for review, planning, and problem-solving
?? Align CCI staff with CSA’s objectives and ensure compliance with JJ Act
?? Provide regular progress updates to management

?? Data Management

?? Maintain and analyze qualitative & quantitative program data
?? Track child-level and institution-level information
?? Ensure proper documentation of all program activities

?? Budget & Vendor Management

?? Plan and manage annual & operational budgets
?? Track budget utilization effectively
?? Coordinate with local vendors and ensure timely billing & settlements

?? Stakeholder Management

?? Collaborate with internal teams across locations
?? Coordinate with CCI staff, government bodies (CWC, DCPO, Police), NGOs, and other stakeholders
?? Organize training and capacity-building sessions

?? Knowledge Development

?? Contribute to newsletters, website, and social media content
?? Develop case studies, success stories, and documentation

?? Project & Professional Development

?? Identify improvement areas and development plans
?? Participate in training and cross-learning initiatives

?? Candidate Profile

?? Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work
?? Experience: 3–5 years in Child Protection

?? Skills Required:
?? Strong communication (English & Hindi – written & spoken)
?? Digital proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
?? Self-motivated, empathetic, and passionate about social impact
