Central Administrator 1 Any woman having a Masters in Social Work/ Sociology/Social Science/Psychology with at least 5 years? experience of working on women related relevant domains in an administrative set-up with a Government or Non-Government project/programme and preferably with at least 1 year experience of counselling either within or outside the same set-up.
• She should be preferably a resident of the local community so that local human resource and expertise is utilised for effective functioning of the centre.
Build and maintain strong relationships with , philanthropic organizations, institutional donors, and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and retail donors.
• Write compelling grant proposals, pitch decks, and concept notes
Collaboration & Coordination
• Work with the communications team to develop impactful proposals, fundraising campaigns, social media campaigns and other business development and visibility opportunities
• Work with other members of the program teams and domain teams to ensure that donor requirements, including proposal submissions, reporting and compliance are met on time
• Overall management of fundraising team

D. Communications
• Design and execute the Brand-building and Communications strategy for the organization
• Responsible for all external communications, including Digital media, Events, and internally to support communications requirements of program

Monitoring & Reporting
• Maintain an updated pipeline of prospects and track engagement metrics.
• Report progress to leadership, including fundraising targets, forecasts, and performance against goals.
• Any other work that may be assigned to achieve fundraising, communications and organizational goals and ensure adherence to VIRD values, policies and guidelines.

Salary: Based on qualification and experience

Case worker-3.
1-she Interact with the survivor and provide orientation to make sure the survivor is comfortable.
2- she maintain records of every session with the survivor.
3she .prepare individual case files with a rehabilitation plan
4Accompany the survivors as directed
5-maintain relevant documentation as mandated by the guidelines.
6.Any other duties assigned by the resident superintendent
