As an Associate Practitioner in our Community Action Labs (CAL), you will co-design and orchestrate change with communities, Panchayats, and local administration across Madhya Pradesh. What You Will Do
- Co-design community development projects with women collectives, Panchayats, and CBOs
- Conduct needs assessments and develop block-level implementation plans
- Build capacity of community organisations and local leaders
- Collaborate with block administration for resource mobilisation and policy advocacy
- Monitor, document, and evaluate interventions to demonstrate field impact
Who We Are Looking For
- Graduate with 2–3 years in livelihoods or community collective work
- Experience in development, social sector, or government agencies preferred
- Ability to collaborate across communities, institutions, and administration
- Creative, grounded thinker who can manage complex ground-level processes
- Women who have taken a lifecycle career break are especially welcome
