1. Project Manager : Masters in Sociology + 2 years Experience in NGO ( HIV/AIDS or Health) Program and at least one year as project lead
Salary: +TA 22000/- PM
2. Counselor : Masters in Psychology /Sociology or Graduate + 2 years Experience in Health( HIV/AIDS) program
Salary: +TA 17200/- PM
3. M&E cum Accountant : B.Com. +Tally+ Proficiency MS word &Excel + 1 year Experience in data entry and account work
Salary: +TA 16600/- PM
4. ANM : Course of GNM/ANM + one year clinical experience
Salary: +TA 13100/- PM
5. Out Reach Worker : 10th pass + 2 years field experience in NGO ( HIV/AIDS or Health) Program( candidate from the community will be get the priority.
Salary: +TA 12000/-PM
6. Peer Educator : Literate ( can read and write in Hindi). Belongs to community ( IDU or Migrant )
Hono+ TA 4600/-
( Note Salary is likely to be revised at least 30% after six months depending upon work proficiency and six monthly performance)
