Sankalp Samaj Sevi Sanstha working since 1994 in the Madhya Pradesh and working in almost 15 districts through various projects. Presently we are working on the different social issues like Health, Land Rights, Child Education, Rural Development, Child Nutrition, Gender minority community (MSM/TG) and issues related the child protection in which we are looking Child Marriage, Child Labour, Child Sexual Abuse and Child Trafficking in Damoh and Panna. We are also linking the needy community to the govt run social welfare schemes.

We are looking for a suitable candidate for our Access To Justice project for Tendukheda, Damoh.

Qualifications & Experience
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Social Work (MSW), Sociology, or a related field.

• Experience: 2 to 3 year previous experience working with vulnerable children, child protection systems, or in the non-profit sector.

• Skills: Strong communication skills (local languages often required), proficiency in MS Office, and ability to work with vulnerable populations

Key Summary:
A Project Coordinator working against children’s issues (e.g., exploitation, safety, education) leads the implementation of initiatives, manages stakeholder relations, and monitors field activities to ensure child rights and protection. They coordinate case referrals, prepare documentation, and uphold strict child safeguarding policies, requiring field travel and collaboration with local partners

Key Responsibilities
• Project Implementation: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of initiatives, adapting strategies to meet project goals and timelines.
• Child Protection & Safeguarding: Ensure all actions comply with Child Safeguarding policies, prioritizing child safety and rights in every aspect.
• Case Management & Referral: Support rehabilitation, social reintegration, and refer cases to Child Welfare Committees (CWC) or legal services.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with government bodies, NGO partners, community members, and families.
• Field Work & Reporting: Conduct site visits, document case studies, prepare monthly/quarterly reports, and maintain updated databases.
• Capacity Building: Organize workshops and trainings for staff and partners

• Empathy: High level of sensitivity to children’s rights and protection issues

Salary: 25000/- PM
Travel: As per actual basis
