Key Responsibilities
? Oversee Jivika field Project execution including HPV Vaccination program.
? Donor Communication - ensure all quires from donors are resolved promptly & donor is communicated about the milestones, field activities and achievements.
? Ensure projects are completed within time & within budget with satisfactory feedback from all the stakeholders.
? Create project monitoring framework, track all the milestones, field activities and key achievements.
? Plan, coordinate, and execute school-based HPV vaccination camps for adolescent girls (9-14 years)
? Ensure end-to-end camp logistics including cold chain integrity, consent management, and AEFI surveillance
? Coordinate with healthcare professionals, school authorities, and district health officials for seamless service delivery
? Track vaccination coverage metrics and ensure follow-up dose compliance
?? Community Mobilization & Behavior Change Communication
? Design and execute high-impact awareness drives on cervical cancer prevention and HPV vaccination benefits
? Conduct Information, Education & Communication (IEC) sessions for parents, teachers, and community leaders
? Address vaccine hesitancy through evidence-based counseling and myth-busting campaigns
?? Strategic Stakeholder Engagement & Partnership Development
? Cultivate alliances with government bodies (PHCs, District Health Offices, Education Dept.), CSR partners, and schools
? Serve as primary liaison between community stakeholders, local authorities, and organizational leadership
? Foster collaborative ecosystems with NGO networks, Rotary clubs, and academic institutions
?? Data Analytics & Impact Documentation
? Implement robust data collection frameworks using digital tools (ODK, Kobo Toolbox) for real-time beneficiary tracking
? Generate comprehensive MIS reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for program optimization
? Document success stories, case studies, and best practices for knowledge management
?? Reporting, Compliance & MEL
? Prepare donor-ready progress reports with key performance indicators (KPIs) and outcome metrics
? Ensure programmatic compliance with organizational SOPs, government guidelines, and funding agency requirements
? Lead Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) activities for continuous program enhancement

Desired Qualifications & Competencies

? Bachelor's/Master's degree in Public Health, Social Work, Development Studies, or related discipline
? 2-4 years of hands-on experience in community health projects, preferably in immunization, maternal-child health, or school health programs
? Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and community mobilization
? Proficiency in MS Office Suite, data collection tools (ODK, Kobo Toolbox), and MIS platforms
? Exceptional communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (mandatory)
? Valid two-wheeler license with willingness for extensive field travel across in Pune district & beyond Maharashtra state.
