Community Development Program Coordinator, Tumkur District
(location Sira Taluk) MSW(Only with 3-5 years Experience)

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate, Plan and implement community Based Inclusive Development programs and initiatives that align with the organization’s vision and mission in Tumkur District
• Communicate Action Plans to the program team and support for smooth operations of day-to-day activities.
• Engage and establish relationships with community members, local, taluk, district, state government and relevant stakeholders to access the programs and entitlements.
• Identify community needs and strengthen and facilitate access to Rehabilitation and Assistive Technology services, to meet population needs .and improving their integration into the health, social and other sectors,
• Oversee program staff, Coordinate and Monitor activities and ensure effective implementation
• Prepare periodic reports on the progress (monthly, half-yearly) including process documentation
• Recruit, train, and manage volunteers to support community projects
• Organize and lead community meetings, workshops, and events to foster communication engagement and participation.
• Networking collaboration and Partnership with NGOs, Institutions, Disabled Persons Organizations (DPOs) at the taluk and district levels to promote Disability Inclusive Development
