Position Overview
BITAN is seeking a qualified and motivated Trainer – Back Office Management to deliver skill-based training programs that enhance employability among youth. The trainer will be responsible for imparting both theoretical and practical knowledge in back-office operations, ensuring quality training delivery, and supporting trainees in achieving job readiness.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver training sessions on back-office management, including data entry, documentation, office procedures, and basic accounting support.
• Develop session plans, training materials, and practical assignments aligned with course curriculum.
• Provide hands-on training in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management tools.
• Assess trainee performance through tests, assignments, and practical evaluations.
• Maintain training records, attendance, and progress reports through MIS systems.
• Support soft skills development including communication, workplace behavior, and interview readiness.
• Coordinate with placement teams to facilitate job linkages for trainees.
• Ensure adherence to training quality standards and guidelines.

Qualification & Experience
• Fresher MBA in marketing/ operations/ HRM/Digital Marketing or Graduate with Diploma in Office Management or equivalent
• The above qualification with minimum 1 year of experience in training or working in back office/administrative roles will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and office documentation processes.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to provide practical, job-oriented training.
