Babul NGO is seeking a dynamic, multi-talented Fundraiser-cum-Event Manager to lead two of our most high-profile initiatives for 2026: The #supermanbabul Fundraising Campaign (centered around the NMDC Hyderabad Marathon) and the milestone 10th Edition of the Babul Eco Film Festival (BEFF). The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between creative storytelling, community mobilization, and event logistics.

1. Fundraising & Marathon Coordination (#supermanbabul):

Campaign Management: Execute the 130-day roadmap for the NMDC Hyderabad Marathon (August 30, 2026).

Strava & Digital Mobilization: Manage the President’s fundraising profile, donor engagement on Strava, and live tracking updates.

Donor Relations: Identify and pitch to corporate sponsors and individual "Sidekick" donors for the "Superman" run.

2. 10th Babul Eco Film Festival (BEFF) Operations:

Festival Logistics: Manage the end-to-end operations of the 10th BEFF (June 2026), including venue coordination, film scheduling, and guest management.

Submissions & Jury Liaison: Oversight of the Short Film Contest (SFC) and Green Film Screenings (GFS) submissions via platforms like Festhome.

Marketing & Outreach: Drive attendance and visibility for the festival through social media, press releases, and partnerships with Hyderabad running clubs and environmental groups.

Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 2–5 years in NGO fundraising, event management, or public relations.

Communication: Fluent in English and Telugu (preferred) with strong storytelling skills.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Strava, social media analytics, and film festival submission platforms.

Passion: A genuine interest in environmental conservation and cinema.

Agility: Ability to transition from a marathon track in the morning to a film screening venue in the afternoon.
