• Develop logframes, theories of change, and outcome measurement tools for each programme pillar.

Systems & Processes
• Establish data collection, management, and reporting systems across the programmes
• Implement digital tools and adaptive technologies for accessible data capture and analysis.

• Train programme staff, facilitators, and partners in MEL practices.
• Build organizational capacity for evidence-based decision-making and adaptive learning.
• Translate data into actionable insights for programme refinement.
• Document and disseminate learnings internally and externally to influence policy and practice.

• 8–10 years of experience in Monitoring & Evaluation, preferably in education, disability inclusion, or social impact sectors.
• Proven expertise in designing MEL frameworks, logframes, and outcome measurement tools.
• Strong skills in quantitative and qualitative research methods, data analysis, and visualization.
• Experience with digital MEL platforms and accessible technologies is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills—able to translate complex data into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
