CHETNA invites applications from interested and committed individuals for positions under Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) and Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN), for Field Coordinator.
Posts:
Field Coordinator for Navsari and Dang (ECCE & FLN): (1) Districts Gujarat India
Qualification:
Field coordinator ECE and FLN: A first-class post-graduation degree in master’s in education, Post graduation in Early Childhood Education, Social work. Understanding of Early Childhood Education, education Community mobilization and facilitation skills are essential. Excellent inter-personal skills and communication (both verbal and written) in Gujrati (Compulsory) Hindi and English are essential. Working knowledge of MS office is required. Self- driven and highly motivated, with a commitment to improving the quality of life of marginalized communities, and willingness to work within a team. Minimum experience of 5 years essential in Early Childhood Education. Extensive travel is required. Preferable to Female Candidates
