We are looking for a motivated, ground-level community worker — ideally a woman — to lead our girls' education initiative at Girls Inter College. This role is split between village mobilisation and school-based programme coordination. If you enjoy working directly with communities and believe in girls' education, this role is for you.

**Who we are looking for
#Must-have

1) Graduate (B.A. / BSW / B.Ed. or equivalent)
2) 2–3 yrs field NGO / community work experience
3) Fluent in Hindi and local dialect (Awadhi)
4) Own two-wheeler (scooty/motorcycle)
5) Basic computer skills (MS Office / Google Sheets)
6) Comfortable with rural UP community settings

#Preferred

1) Female candidate strongly preferred
2) Age 25–40 years
3) Experience in girls' education or women's empowerment programmes
4) Basic Urdu reading / speaking
5) Experience in Barabanki / Lucknow district
6) Familiarity with PMKVY, Skill India etc.
