About MOCF:
MOC Cancer Care Foundation is a leading not-for-profit organization focused on making cancer care accessible to underserved communities through screening, early detection, and patient support programs.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly empathetic and driven Patient Navigator who can act as a bridge between patients and their treatment journey. This role plays a critical impact in ensuring patients receive timely care without financial or logistical barriers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Guide patients through end-to-end treatment journey and hospital processes
* Facilitate access to financial assistance and government schemes (PMJAY, MJPJAY, CMRF)
* Coordinate with doctors, billing teams, and social workers to resolve patient challenges
* Maintain accurate patient records, case tracking, and follow-ups
* Provide emotional support and ensure patient adherence to treatment
* Manage referrals from screening camps and ensure timely conversion to treatment

Ideal Candidate Profile:

* Bachelor’s/Master’s in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, or related field
* 2–4 years of experience in hospital, NGO, or patient-facing roles
* Strong interpersonal and counselling skills
* Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
* Fluency in Hindi & Marathi (English working knowledge)

Other Details:

* Full-time, field-based role
* Based in Mumbai / Thane
* Immediate joiners preferred
