?? Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Officer to manage end-to-end financial operations, compliance, and donor reporting for a fast-growing healthcare foundation.

?? Key Responsibilities:

* Handle day-to-day accounting, vendor payments & bank reconciliation
* Manage grant accounting, utilisation certificates & donor reporting
* Ensure compliance (TDS, GST, FCRA, ROC filings)
* Track programme & camp expenses, budgeting, and fund utilization
* Support audits, financial reporting & documentation

?? Ideal Candidate:

* B.Com (CA Inter preferred)
* 3–5 years experience in accounts/finance
* Strong knowledge of Tally, TDS, GST & compliance
* Experience in NGO / Section 8 / grant accounting preferred
* High attention to detail & ownership mindset
