????? Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Old Age Home
• Staff supervision and coordination
• Implementation of NGO projects and government schemes
• Documentation, reporting, and administrative work
• Liaison with donors, community, and stakeholders
• Planning and execution of new social initiatives

?? Qualification:
• Minimum Graduate (MSW / Management preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
• Preference will be given to candidates with NGO/social sector experience

?? Experience:
• 1–3 years (Experienced candidates preferred)

?? Skills Required:
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Compassionate and service-oriented attitude towards elderly care
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities
• Fieldwork adaptability Salary:
?10,000 – ?15,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
