Sankalp Samaj Sevi Sanstha working since 1994 in the Madhya Pradesh and our work spread is in 15 districts of MP. We are workig various social issues like Child Protection, Rural Development, Child Education and Malnutrition.

We need 4 community mobilizers for our intervention Access to Justice in which we are working for reducing Child Marriage, Child sexual Abuse, child labour and child Trafficking. For above post specializing in children's issues acts as an advocate for safety and well-being, primarily focusing on protecting children from abuse, neglect, and exploitation.

Key responsibilities include conducting investigations, assessing risks, arranging foster care or adoptions, providing counseling, and facilitating family reunification.

Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 2-3 Year working experience in NGO

Key Responsibilities in Child Welfare:

Child Protection and Investigation: Investigating allegations of abuse, neglect, or endangerment, and intervening immediately to remove children from dangerous environments if necessary.

Case Management and Assessment: Assessing child/family needs, developing care plans, and conducting regular home visits to monitor safety.

Advocacy and Legal Representation: Representing the child’s best interests in court, working with legal teams, and ensuring adherence to child protection laws.
Support and Counselling: Providing emotional support to children and families, connecting families with resources such as counseling or housing.

Collaboration: Working with schools, healthcare professionals, and law enforcement to ensure comprehensive support for the child's development.

Core Areas of Focus:
Child Protection: Managing cases of violence and abuse.

Family Support: Strengthening families through parenting classes and resources.

Community Awareness: Conducting campaigns regarding child rights and safety.

Salary: 15000/-PM
