We’re Hiring: Medical Officer

Location: Sikaribari, Tripura

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Medical Officer to join our healthcare team and contribute to delivering quality medical services in community and outreach settings.

Role Overview:
The Medical Officer will be responsible for providing clinical care, medical consultation, and supporting preventive healthcare initiatives. The role involves working closely with nursing and field teams to ensure effective healthcare delivery in project areas.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide medical consultation and clinical care to patients
• Diagnose and manage common illnesses and routine medical conditions
• Conduct medical assessments during health camps and outreach programs
• Refer patients requiring advanced care to appropriate facilities
• Support preventive healthcare and community health initiatives
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Guide and support nursing and field staff
• Promote health awareness and preventive care practices
• Participate in program review meetings and team coordination

Qualifications:
• MBBS degree from a recognized institution
• Valid registration with State Medical Council

Experience:
• 1–3 years of clinical experience preferred
• Experience in community health or outreach programs is an added advantage
