Peopable Management Services Private Limited is Recruitment Firm based in Delhi NCR, one of our clients wish to hire Aspirational Districts / Blocks Programme (ADP/ABP) across 82 Districts in India.

Position Overview
The organization partner with governments and communities to prevent child exploitation and strengthen child protection systems across India. The Child Rights Associate (CRA) shall be responsible for providing strategic and operational support to the District Administration, ensuring effective coordination and convergence among all relevant departments across the assigned district and blocks.

Location:- District in Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jharkhand, Maharashtra, Odisha, Punjab, Tamil Nadu, Telangana

Roles and Responsibilities

CRA shall be responsible for assisting the District Administration in the following:
• Conducting comprehensive situational assessments and district-level gap analyses to identify systemic challenges in child protection.
• Facilitating the issuance of government orders to address identified gaps, ensuring their timely implementation and following up on pending actions.
• Undertaking vulnerability mapping and linking identified vulnerable children and families with appropriate central and state social welfare schemes.
• Strengthening and ensuring the effective functioning of child protection systems and institutions.
• Supporting the protection and rehabilitation of children in cases of child marriage, child trafficking, child labour and other forms of exploitation,
• Assisting the District Administration in conducting inspections of child protection institutions, schools, etc to ensure compliance with child protection laws, standards and safeguarding protocols.
• Organising structured capacity-building workshops for government officials, frontline workers and key stakeholders responsible for child protection.
• Conducting awareness and sensitisation workshops at district and block levels on child protection issues, including child marriage, child labour, child trafficking and Child Sexual Abuse.
• Ensuring effective inter-departmental coordination and convergence among stakeholders engaged in child protection.
• Tracking real-time progress on key indicators related to education, health & nutrition and child protection to enable timely corrective action.
• Supporting the District Administration in data-driven planning, monitoring and decision-making processes.
• Consolidating learnings, insights, and best practices to strengthen program design and enhance the overall impact of child protection interventions.

Requirement (Education and Experience):
• Graduate with 1– 2 years of relevant work experience, or
• Postgraduate/Master’s degree with up to 1 year of relevant experience

Skills:
• Demonstrates strong commitment to child rights and child protection initiatives.
• Good communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders.
• Organised and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Sound analytical thinking with practical problem-solving abilities.

Note:
Preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in the local language(s) spoken in the community.
