Job Description
Chaitanya is looking for a Senior Women Enterprise Coordinator – Kala Maitri for the Kala Maitri product. The role involves supporting women artisans and Self Help Group (SHG) members in developing and promoting their products. The candidate will help in production planning, product development, marketing, and sales activities.
The person will also support market linkages, exhibitions, and customer outreach to improve the visibility and sales of Kala Maitri products.
This is a full-time on-site role.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Coordinate and manage Kala Maitri production and enterprise activities.
• Support design development and product improvement for artisan products.
• Work closely with SHG women and artisans to improve product quality and production planning.
• Maintain production records, order tracking, stock management, and sales data.
• Plan and organize exhibitions, stalls, and marketing events to promote Kala Maitri products.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, buyers, and local markets.
• Support marketing and promotional activities to increase product visibility.
• Monitor progress of enterprise activities and prepare basic reports for management.
• Coordinate with internal teams for raw material purchase, production planning, and product delivery.
• Ensure smooth implementation of enterprise activities at the field level.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise development, fashion design, handicrafts, or livelihood projects.
• Basic understanding of artisan-based production and rural enterprises.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with women SHGs and rural communities.
Salary
Rs 25,000 – Rs 30,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
