Job Description
Chaitanya is looking for an Internal Audit & Field Monitoring Associate to ensure smooth implementation of field projects through regular monitoring, verification, and internal audit processes. The role involves field visits, documentation review, and coordination with project teams to maintain compliance and quality standards.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor project implementation and activities.
• Verify field records, reports, attendance, and documentation.
• Carry out internal audits of project operations and financial records.
• Identify gaps in implementation and support corrective action planning.
• Ensure compliance with organizational processes and reporting systems.
• Prepare field monitoring and audit reports for management review.
• Coordinate with project staff for data verification and follow-up.
• Support in strengthening quality and accountability of field programs.

Qualification
• B.Com / M.Com / MBA / MSW or any equivalent degree.

Experience
• 2–3 years of experience in internal audit, monitoring, or development sector field operations.

Skills Required
• Good analytical and observation skills.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to travel to field locations regularly.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and report preparation.
• Communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.

Salary
Rs 15,000 – Rs 20,000 per month
