The Ardh Sampoorna Foundation is a community-based organization in Uttar Pradesh, India, dedicated to the holistic development, advocacy, and rights of the transgender and Hijra communities.

Project SAHAS: Ardh Sampoorna Foundation is a primary partner in Alliance India's Project SAHAS, an initiative designed to establish stigma-free, "one-stop transgender welfare centers". The project focuses on integrated service delivery, health rights, and policy advocacy.

We are looking for:

Peer Educators- 02
A peer educator is a trained community member who teaches and supports individuals from their own social demographic

Community Worker - 01
Community worker and social work jobs focus on grassroots outreach, health education, and advocacy. Current local roles in Uttar Pradesh include Community Health Mobilizers and Project Coordinators

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct community-level awareness activities
2. Hold regular meetings and provide counselling to the target community
3. Support health, education, and social welfare programs
4. Conduct field visits and outreach activities
5. Maintain beneficiary data collection and documentation
6. Spread awareness about government schemes and services within the community
7. Participate in team meetings and training programs
8. Submit reports and regular field updates

Qualification:
1. Minimum 10th / 12th Pass
2. Experience in social work or NGO sector preferred
3. Good communication skills in the local language required

Skills Required:
1. Good communication and interpersonal skills
2. Community mobilization ability
3. Basic documentation and reporting knowledge
4. Teamwork and field coordination skills
