Location: ChennekothaPalli, Sri Satya Sai District, Andhra Pradesh

Background: The Timbaktu Collective (Collective) is a grassroots, non-profit organization dedicated to the sustainable development of marginalized communities across 347 villages in 14 mandals of the drought-prone Ananthapuramu and Sri Sathya Sai districts of Andhra Pradesh.

The Collective has been implementing various projects aligned with its vision. One such initiative is the “Agri-based Sustainable Rural Livelihood Project”. To evaluate this project, the Collective is seeking experienced consultants.

Objectives of the Assignment: The primary objective of this evaluation is to measure the effectiveness of project implementation and suggest any course correction that is required.

Following are the specific objectives of the evaluation:

• To review and assess the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, and sustainability of the work carried out under the project implemented by TC, in relation to the project goals and expected results/outputs. The evaluation will put emphasis on the impact and sustainability of the project activities.
• To contribute to the learning of all the stakeholders involved.
• To provide overall recommendations and suggestions to improve strategies.

Duration of the Assignment
The duration of consultancy would be twelve days in the months of June - July 2026.
