Duties and responsibilities:

Senior Executive- CSR Project:
The personnel will work under the overall guidance of the Project Manager. He / She will be responsible for the project.

Key responsibilities include:
• Support in Administrative activities at the Skill Development Centre/s.
• Monitoring vendor management at the centre along with AMC tenures and timely renewals of Agreements.
• Monitoring Asset management at the centre.
• Analyzing the monthly reports of the project.
• Coordination for completion of tasks, monitoring the Project Management Tracker of the implementing partner.
• Coordination of projects, special events, conferences, and related project functions.
• On-ground monitoring of the projects by coordinating with the implementing agencies/ vendors / direct projects as and when required.
• To prepare work orders, purchase orders, invoices, and work on company purchase-related portals.

Qualifications:
• Education: Graduate
• Specialised knowledge: CSR, Development sector
• Experience: Min 2 - 3 years relevant sectoral experience
• Salary Range: INR 5 to 6 Lakhs/ As per capability
• Other Skills – MS Office and communication skills
