About Sikshasandhan
Sikshasandhan is a non-profit development organization working towards the empowerment of marginalized and vulnerable communities through sustainable livelihood promotion, education, and social development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a capacity-building strategy for creche workers and prepare an annual training calendar.
• Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) to identify the learning and capacity-building requirements of creche workers.
• Organise training program and design training modules for Creche Caregivers and other project staffs.

Qualification and Experience
Graduate degree in Social Work, Child Development, Education, Rural Development, Public Health, Nutrition or related disciplines with minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field with strong communication, documentation and interpersonal skills.

Preference
Women candidates are encouraged to apply and will be given preference.

Compensation
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and will be aligned with organizational norms.
