Key Responsibilities
Deliver Retail (Gems & Jewellery) training as per curriculum.
Conduct theory and practical sessions.
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments.
Monitor trainee attendance and performance.
Provide employability and soft skills guidance.
Support placement activities and industry linkages.
Maintain training records, reports, and documentation.
Coordinate with project management and quality teams.

Qualification
Diploma/Degree in Jewellery, Retail Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related fields.
Graduate with relevant industry experience may also apply.

Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Gems & Jewellery Retail, Sales, Customer Service, or Showroom Operations.
Prior training experience preferred.

Skills Required
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of retail operations and customer service.
MS Office and digital reporting proficiency.
Ability to motivate and mentor youth.
