About Access Assist
Access Assist (ASSIST) is an action tank building practical, scalable solutions for inclusive economic mobility and climate-smart development. Since 2009, we have worked across India and South Asia to advance the well-being of underserved communities—particularly women, youth, farmers, and small enterprises—by harnessing finance, capital, data, and digital technologies. We work closely with donors, financial institutions, and governments not just to advise, but to act—testing solutions on the ground, bringing catalytic capital to early-stage ideas, and supporting systems to evolve for long-term impact. Access Assist is a Non-Profit Trust registered under the Indian Trust Act, based in New Delhi. https://www.accessassist.in/careers

Support payroll inputs (attendance, leave records, reimbursements) in coordination with the finance team.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, statutory requirements, and organizational HR policies.
Coordinate offboarding processes, including exit interviews and documentation.

Administration
Oversee day-to-day office administration, including vendor management, facilities, and procurement of office supplies.
Support travel and logistics arrangements for staff, including domestic travel bookings and accommodation.
Maintain organizational compliance records (licenses, registrations, insurance, contracts) and coordinate renewals.
Support the planning and logistics of internal meetings, workshops, and events.
Assist in maintaining asset registers and ensuring proper documentation of organizational assets.
Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and government offices as required.

Policy & Process Support
Support the development, updating, and rollout of HR and administrative policies and SOPs.
Assist in ensuring adherence to organizational policies across teams and locations.
Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency of HR and admin operations.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Ability to work independently and coordinate across multiple teams and locations.
