Field coordinator
Location: West Singhbhum, Jharkhand
Job profile:
• Coordinate and supervise project activities across assigned villages.
• Liaise with PRI representatives, block officials, village heads, SHG members and other stakeholders for smooth implementation.
• Conduct field visits, monitoring, and documentation of project activities.
• Prepare and submit periodic progress reports, and success stories.
Organize trainings, workshops, meetings, and other project events.
• Ensure compliance with project guidelines, timelines, and quality standards.
• Support data collection, analysis, and reporting requirements.
Eligibility Conditions:
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social sector would be appreciated but freshers can also apply.
• Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Candidate must possess a two wheeler and license.
• Age- 21 years to 28 years
SALARY: INR 20000 (approx.) per month which includes performance-based incentives and travel allowance. Final compensation will be determined based on monthly deliverables.
Note: For those who have work-experience, the application must contain information about your current salary & benefits drawn (CTC). I shortlisted for interview, 6-months’ bank statement would be necessary.
