Operations Management
• Drive operational effectiveness and ensure seamless execution of organizational processes.

• Identify operational challenges and recommend scalable, sustainable solutions.
• Support implementation of best practices that enhance organizational performance.
People Management
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
• Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, collaboration, and excellence.
• Coach and guide team members to achieve professional goals.
• Drive employee engagement, talent development, and retention initiatives.
• Support succession planning and leadership pipeline development.
Stakeholder Engagement

Educational Qualifications
• Postgraduate degree from a recognized institution.
• Professional certifications in Leadership, People Management, or Business Administration will be an added advantage.
