a. About Jan Lok Kalyan Parishad : Jan Lok Kalyan Parishad is a grassroot level organisation working in Jharkhand State . We work on Women, Child Development and Protection . Through Tobacco Free School Initiative we will work with the Line Departments, Government , Children and Communities towards creating Tobacco Free School .
b. Key Responsibilities : 1.Capacity Building of Master Trainer 2. Creating Cadre of master Trainer in District 3. Creating Tobacco Free School 4.Liasioning with Government Department 5.Awareness Generation on Tobacco Free School and Communities 6. District and Block Level engagement with Teachers.
c. What we Look for :
1. Master Degree in Education/Social Work/Development/or equivalent with minimum 2 Years of Experience.
2. Graduation Degree in Education/Social Work/Development/or equivalent with minimum 3 Years of Experience.
3. Experience of working with School Teachers, Block District Officials
4.Strong Planning ,Coordination, Communication and Documentation Skills.
5.Proficient in MS Office(word English/Hindi , PPT)
6. Good Knowledge of English Hindi and Local Languages.
d. Remuneration : Negotiable
e. Experience : 2 years or more in School engagement /Government Engagement/ Social Work/ Tobacco related work
f. Travel : Extensive Travel within the Pakur district throughout all six Blocks.
g. Report to : Program Manager
