Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of ECLS training programs.
• Coordinate with Course Directors, instructors, trainers, and partner institutions for seamless program delivery.
• Manage participant registration, documentation, LMS, assessments, certifications, and post-course closure.
• Oversee training logistics, faculty deployment, equipment, and resource management.
• Monitor program quality, maintain records, analyze feedback, and prepare reports.
• Build strong relationships with hospitals, medical colleges, healthcare institutions, and other stakeholders.
• Promote ECLS training through advocacy, institutional outreach, and partnership development.
• Support skills lab establishment and conduct institutional assessments.
• Organize awareness programs, media engagement, regional events, and recognition initiatives.
• Participate as a Trainer/Instructor and support disaster management planning and training activities.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, protocols, and timely financial/documentation closure.

Candidate Profile
• Graduate in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Public Health, Management, or related fields.
• 8-10 years Prior experience in training coordination, healthcare program operations, medical education, or NGO/public health programs preferred.
• Experience in coordinating large-scale training programs or field operations will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, LMS platforms, and data management tools.
