Job Summary
EquiBeing Foundation is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Fundraising Executive to support fundraising initiatives, donor engagement, grant research, proposal development, and relationship management with corporates, foundations, trusts, and other funding partners.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and research potential donors, CSR partners, foundations, trusts, and funding opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective donors.
• Prepare concept notes, grant proposals, funding applications, budgets, and donor reports.
• Support CSR and institutional fundraising initiatives.
• Conduct research on potential funders and maintain donor/prospect databases.
• Coordinate with program and finance teams to prepare proposals and reports.
• Prepare donor updates, impact reports, presentations, and success stories.
• Track proposals, funding opportunities, reporting deadlines, and donor commitments.
• Support donor meetings, presentations, fundraising events, and partner engagement activities.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a Master's degree in a relevant field will be an advantage.
• 2–3 years of experience in fundraising, grant writing, donor relations, CSR, business development, or the non-profit sector.
• Strong proposal writing, research, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
Preferred Skills
• Experience working with NGOs, CSR teams, foundations, or institutional donors.
• Knowledge of CSR and grant funding opportunities.
• Strong networking, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Passion for social impact, inclusion, and working with persons with disabilities.
